1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing statelesslogic.com, signing up for our waitlist, or interacting with our preliminary services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
2. Pre-Production Status ("As-Is")
StatelessLaw (including the API and App) and our Micro-SaaS tools are currently in active development and pre-production status.
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the services.
Any early access, beta testing, or sandboxes provided to selected users are offered strictly "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying technology (including the GraphRAG and ZeroTrace architecture concepts) on this website are the exclusive property of Stateless Logic Global Oy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Finnish law, Stateless Logic Global Oy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website, waitlist signup, or any pre-production software testing.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the district court of Pirkanmaa (Tampere), Finland.
